Registration

Each submission should have at least 1 author who will present on-site, and at least 1 author paying the registration fee.

To qualify for the early-bird registration, both the payment and the registration must be completed by 1 August 2024. The fee can be paid online at this site or via bank transfer. If you need an invoice made in the name of your institution only (without your name), please write to euralex2024@ihjj.hr with your details (institution, address, VAT number of the institution, the type of the conference fee you wish to pay – see below) and you will be issued an invoice without VAT.

All prices include VAT (Croatia 25%).

* This fee includes EURALEX membership up to the end of the next congress. However, this type of membership does not include a subscription to IJL, and does not include the OUP benefits.
** Reductions for EURALEX members can be claimed by the participants who have settled membership fees no later than 31 January 2024 via OUP website.
*** This fee does not include EURALEX membership. For student participants, proof of student status will be required.

Cancellations & refund policy

Cancellations received before 1 August 2024 will be refunded in full, minus a processing fee of € 30.
Cancellations received between 1 August 2024 and 1 September 2024 will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations received after 1 September 2024.
All cancellations must be sent in writing to euralex2024@ihjj.hr.
